Discounts & Promotions

Of course! Please reach out with your discount code and we would be happy to retroactively apply it to your order! Orders placed after 24 hours will not apply this policy.

You can receive discount codes through our events or register to receive promotional codes in the registration form.

During each step of checkout, there is a box to the right of the screen where you can enter a discount code on check-out slide bar. Simply enter it here and click "Apply" before completing your order.

Of course. Discount codes can be combined with a few other promotional policies, this depends on our promotional policies for each event.

Without any notification from Zattcap, discount codes can only be combined with free standard shipping policies.

Cancellations, Tracking and Order Changes

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel it for you.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order as there is a short window of time after order placement when your order can be cancelled ( About 3 - 5 hours).

If you wish to change your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update you.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order as there is a short period of time after placing an order within which this can be done.

*Please note, we cannot change existing orders to include any additional or more expensive items. It is best to cancel the order and re-create a new order, we I will assist you as quickly as possible.

You can return the order after receiving it or give a partial refund for it. The refund amount can be up to 100% of the order value (excluding shipping costs).

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Zattcap purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse in US for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

If you have any questions, please submit a request using our Support Ticket Form or contact us via email at support@zattcap.com.

If you are located in the United States, approved returns and exchanges will be refunded without shipping charges (Shipping fees to our warehouse will be paid by the customer in advance. We will refund Shipping costs via account, purchase card when order arrives at Zattcap warehouse). For exchange orders, we will deliver to you for free.

If you are returning from outside the US and purchasing from a US store, you will not be eligible to receive a free return label from us.

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

*Please note, we cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.

*Please also note, shipping costs and payment menthod fee from the original order are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your Zattcas purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be unused and in the condition you received them.

*Please remove all non-Zattcap items from your return, as we will not be responsible for returning these to you, and they will be disposed of.

Yes, unfortunately the following are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized products can not be returned and are non-refundable. All Personalized sales are final. 
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or intentional damage can not be returned.
  • Orders with a processed Warranty Claim are not eligible for return.
  • Some products in special discounts are non-refundable (We will always inform you about these products before purchasing).
