Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (all 50 states and D.C.).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Note: Deliveries to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii may require additional time. Oversize items or remote areas can take longer.

All orders are processed within 7–9 business days (Mon–Fri; excluding weekends & U.S. holidays).

During peak seasons, severe weather, carrier network issues, or strikes, delivery can extend beyond the estimates. We’ll keep you informed whenever we have carrier updates.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your package ships. For some shipments from our overseas production partners, tracking may take 2–7 days (occasionally 8–12 days) to update after the package enters the carrier network.
Shipping Guarantee
If your package takes longer than the transit windows above after shipment, we’ll refund the shipping cost (or issue a partial refund if shipping was free).
If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the ship date, we’ll refund you in full for that item.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because we work on a strict shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.
If an order ships to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
If the package is returned to us, we can refund or reship (additional postage may apply).
Delays Outside Our Control
We’re not responsible for delays due to:
Carrier errors, disputes/strikes, or service interruptions
Weather or natural events
Peak seasonal volume (e.g., holidays)
Large/bulky items requiring special handling
Refused / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or the carrier exhausts delivery attempts and returns it to us, we may treat it as an abandoned package. No refund will be issued in cases of customer refusal or unclaimed packages.
Taxes & Duties
Orders ship within the United States only; international duties/taxes do not apply.
